Amazing experience.Friendly staff, very nice traditional room, own Onsen, etc. Make sure you order the dinner at the hotel (especially during the Winter time - king crab season)! We ate for 90min succulent specialities (for around 50€) Additionally, they have an old London Cab that drives you from one public Onsen to the other. One of a kind!

Totally recommended for rest. The units are bright, big size with single beds as well as tatami mats. An electric kettle and refrigerators are a nice touch.

The public areas and onsen facility were very good, and the food in the hotel was good too.
The western rooms were tiny, particularly in comparison to the large japanese style rooms. They were also very basic and by no means worth the price charged - the rooms were in an etension to the main building and it felt like you were staying in a caravan with a small modular bathroom.

A fantastic stay with nothing to complain about! the room had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. I was really impressed by the traditional Japanese room 🏮.

The hotel is located near the coast, with a breathtaking view. It is also very close to the town center and a bus stop. the staff is amazing and very helpful. the rooms are comfortable, with shampoo, conditioner and other moisturizing products. the breakfast is fancy and delicious, with local delicacies such as fugu sashimi. There is a beautiful Japanese garden complete with koi fish and a rock garden.
Some guests complained about the location being far from some of the onsens, but the hotel does provide a free shuttle service to different hubs throughout the town.

The hotel had a great public bath that was not overcrowded, and the shuttle bus was quite handy in getting in and out of town easily.
The location of the hotel was quite a distance from the town, which was a major inconvenience. the staff hardly spoke English, which made it quite challenging to make special requests.

The attention to detail was impressive with cleaning service provided twice a day, ensuring a spotless room throughout my stay. The complimentary amenities such as free tea, snacks, yukatas, and towels for the hot springs added to the overall value for money. The staff went above and beyond, even making our beds daily. The location of the hotel, slightly outside of the center, allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, while still being conveniently close to the interesting sights of Toyooka.
While there were minor incidents, the overall experience at this hotel was fantastic.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms and traditional tatami beds. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist guests, providing helpful information and even offering rides into town. The hot bath facility is also a highlight, with a free pass to seven public onsens. The location, slightly outside of the center, allows for exploration of interesting sights both in town and along the breathtaking coast.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.
